Ambassador Stevens’ Chilling Email Sent Four Hours Before Deadly Attack

Transcript from video:

“There are growing problems with security here in Benghazi.  There is growing frustration with the local security police and the forces here.  They can’t control this area.  They are too weak to keep this country secure.  We need more help.”

This is in addition to Stevens repeated calls for more security months before the attack.  All of which were denied by the Obama Administration.

United Nations Event Calls For Destruction of Israel

Reason #1,564,786 why we should leave the UN.

via: JPost

The Obama administration’s political and financial backing of the UN Human Rights Council resulted in another win for Hamas on Friday, June 22 in Geneva. A Hamas-affiliated organization and its supporters held an “informal parallel meeting” promoting the destruction of the Jewish state at the UN’s Palais des Nations.

The event was advertised on the UN website and listed on an official UN document headlined “Human Rights Council, twentieth session, 18 June – 06 July 2012.”

Opening week of the Council’s latest session, therefore, featured both friends of Hamas sporting UN passes and championing an end to a Jewish state, and Obama’s Ambassador (and former California fundraiser) Eileen Donahoe painting the Council as the place to be to promote and protect human rights.

In recent months, top Israeli officials have pleaded with their US counterparts to end American legitimization of the Council in light of its virulently anti-Israel record. In fact, this is the first Council session in which Israel’s observer seat is empty. Instead, the Obama administration has doubled-down on its support for the UN body and continues to trumpet its decision to seek a second term on the Council at elections this fall.

Russia Raises Fines For Participating In Unsanctioned Protests to $9K

The noose tightens.

via: The Economist

IN the weeks and months after Vladimir Putin’s victory on March 4th for a new term as Russian president, the Kremlin appeared unsure about exactly how to deal with a protest movement that it had assumed would disappear on its own after the election. The signs were contradictory: tentative hints at a more conciliatory policy were followed by signs of looming crackdown, and vice versa. One day wearing a white ribbon in the street or eating breakfast in front of the wrong café was enough to get arrested; another day tens of thousands of people were able to walk along Moscow’s central boulevards unimpeded by police.

Then came the events of recent days, when a coherent strategy on the part of the authorities for snuffing out the resilient opposition movement—or at least that part embodied by large-scale street demonstrations—appeared at last to settle into view. The Duma Russia’s parliament, passed a new bill raising fines for participating in unsanctioned protests to $9,000, almost as much as the average annual Russian salary. Organisers could face fines of up to $30,000. Mr Putin signed it into law on June 8th arguing that society must “protect itself from radicalism.”

France Going Full Socialist: Headed For Parliament Majority

What could possibly go wrong?

via: Reuters

French President Francois Hollande’s Socialist Party was headed for an absolute majority in parliament with its Greens Party allies, according to initial vote projections from Sunday’s first-round ballot.

The CSA polling institute said the Socialist bloc was on track to win between 283 and 329 seats in the lower house and its Green allies were set for 12 to 18 seats, suggesting Hollande will be able to count on obtaining the 289 seats needed for an outright majority following next Sunday’s runoff vote.

10 Camel Bounty on Obama Placed By Somalian Militants

And two for Hillary.

The United States offers millions for information leading to the capture of the world’s most wanted terrorists.

A Somali militant group has purportedly countered with an offer of camels for U.S. officials.

Al-Shabaab has placed a bounty of 10 camels for President Barack Obama and two camels for information on Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

An audio statement posted on jihadist websites purportedly from Al-Shabaab jeered news that the United States is offering millions of dollars for information on seven key members of al-Shabaab through its Rewards for Justice program.
